After breakfast, at 8 a.m., we will set off on an excursion to the Atlas Mountains, about an hour away from Marrakech. The day will be devoted to visiting picturesque High Atlas villages, including Ourika and Setti Fatma, located along the main Ait Ourir road. En route, we will make stops at the main viewpoints to take photos and admire the picturesque landscapes. We will reach the Ourika valley, where we will undertake a trek to the Setti Fatma waterfalls, crossing streams and discovering life in Berber villages. You will be able to explore the work of local artisans, who create artifacts such as stained glass, tin lanterns, furniture and hand-paintings similar to those you will find in the souks of Marrakech. You will also have the opportunity to follow a path used by Berbers to travel to the market on their donkeys. Lunch will be at a local restaurant next to the valley, where you will enjoy typical dishes while admiring the Atlas Mountains. Return to Marrakech in the late afternoon.
