The journey continues towards Zagora, passing through the stunning Draa Valley, also known as the “Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs” due to the many fortresses scattered along the valley, nestled among the red rocks, showcasing Berber culture. The landscape is complemented by the lush greenery of the palm trees lining the Draa River, the longest river in Morocco. Arrival in Zagora is scheduled for the afternoon. Before sunset, you will embark on a camel caravan to reach a traditional Berber camp, where you will spend the night in a “Khaima” tent. The evening will be enlivened by a dinner under the stars and traditional Berber percussion music.
