We will leave for Ifrane and Azrou, crossing the enchanting Middle Atlas Mountains. En route, we will stop in a cedar forest to observe monkeys in their natural habitat. We will then continue through the Tizi Ntalghamt pass, reaching Midelt and the spectacular Ziz Gorges, carved out of volcanic rock. Our next stop will be Erfoud, where we will stop for lunch before continuing on to Merzouga via Rissani.
Once we arrive in Merzouga, we will be welcomed with a refreshing mint tea. We will meet the camel driver who will lead us on an exciting dromedary trek lasting about an hour and a half to our desert camp. The tents are equipped with light, mattresses, blankets and pillows to ensure a comfortable stay.
Under a starry sky, we will have dinner together and then gather around the fire to listen to the sound of traditional Berber drums. Dinner and overnight stay in the camp.
We will wake up early to admire a beautiful sunrise over the desert dunes. After having breakfast in the camp, we will resume our trek on the back of a dromedary to Merzouga. Upon arrival, we will have the opportunity to take a refreshing shower and relax.
Afterwards, we will set off to explore the Todra Gorges and the Dades Valley. At the end of the day, we will have dinner and stay overnight in a cozy hotel located at the Dades Gorges.
After a hearty breakfast, we will start the day exploring the spectacular Dades Gorges. Afterwards, we will head to Ouarzazate via the famous Thousand Kasbahs road, stopping along the way to take photos of the breathtaking views.
We will visit the Valley of Roses and the palm grove of Skoura, famous for its historic Kasbah Amridil. We will continue to the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, where we will have time to have lunch and explore the historic Kasbah of the Glaoui.
The journey will continue to Marrakech, crossing the Tizi N’Tichka pass, located at an altitude of 2260 meters. En route, we will stop to admire the breathtaking views of the valley and visit a cooperative that produces argan oil.
We are scheduled to arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon. We will thus conclude our service.
